How we look after your information
Who we are
Elevate Your Profile is run by Grigor Yosifov and Danny Want. We decide how your information is used, which makes us the controller of it. You can reach us about anything in this notice at hello@elevateyourprofile.com.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- The link to your LinkedIn profile, and the public profile we read from it.
- Your CV, if you upload one.
- The writing-style text you paste in, if you do.
- Your answers to our three questions.
- Screenshots of your LinkedIn analytics, if you choose to share them.
- Your edits and comments on your preview page, and when you tell us you've updated LinkedIn.
- Your email address, if you join the waiting list.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use your information to prepare your profile review, revise it after your comments, and compare your LinkedIn numbers 30 days after your changes go live. We use your waiting-list email only to send you an invite. Our lawful basis is that you've asked us to provide the review (contract), and for the waiting list, your consent.
How AI is involved
Drafts are prepared with the help of an AI service, used under its commercial terms. A person checks every line before anything reaches you. We do not use your information to train AI models.
Where it's stored
Your form goes to our own form service, and your files and answers are kept in a private Google Workspace folder that only we can open. Your preview page sits at a private, unguessable link that search engines are told not to index.
How long we keep it
- Your CV, writing-style text and answers: deleted 30 days after we deliver your review.
- Your preview page and email address: kept so you can come back to your page. Ask us and we'll delete them.
- Waiting-list emails: kept until you ask us to remove yours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elevateyourprofile.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
What we never do
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or show you ads.
